EDP (Electronic Data Processing)

Electronic Data Processing (EDP)is a manipulation
of data into a form that is more meaningful form of an information by using
an electronic device that computer.

Some understanding
 Data is a collection of events that raised a fact that the form of numbers,
letters-letters or special symbols or a combination of them
 Data Processing (data processing) is the manipulation of data into a form more
useful or meaningful form of an information
 Information is the result of the processing of data that provides a form that
more meaningful than an event.

Origination: The process of data collection in the form of the process of recording data to the base document

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSING

Mention kinds of kinds of data processing! Explain!
Electronic data processing / electronic data processing (EDP)   Is a method in a commercial data processing as part of the   information technology. EDP data processing repeatedly against similar data   with a relatively simple form of processing.
2.       Explain the role of tools Input, Output, Software, in solving the problem!
·          Input and output equipment is important for managers, especially in providing
communication between the computer manager.
·          Input device, such as MIRC and ORC units provide a way to incorporate
data into the database, either when the transaction or shortly
later.
·          Many units of output used in problem solving is not
directly.
·          Manager will ask a member of staff to collect information from the tape
microfilm and then displays summarized in a written report.
3.       Understanding E-Commerce

A. Understanding E-comerce Simply E-Commere can be defined as the application of E-bussines concept as a strategy for the sale of goods and services through electronic networks and electronic data typically involves transactions, automated inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems. This is due to the rapid development of information technology both in terms of efficiency and safety, sehinnga bring ideas to make the idea of information technology as a medium to do the marketing, promotion, and even transaction data is considered to be more efficient and facilitate transactions.

B.      profit E-comerce
Here are some of the benefits of e-commerce:
·          knows no limits on the place because the transaction can occur even if the consumer and the seller are in place yangberlainan
·          streamline the time because it does not recognize any boundaries or e-commerce transactions can be conducted for 24 hours.
·          To fewer employees needed to do the transaction so as to erode the spending budget of the selling firm.
C.      Loss E-comerce
Berkut is a lack of implementation of e-commerce:
·            frequent occurrence of such a fictitious credit card fraud, deception or sometimes sellers against customers because of laws regulating e-commerce are still not very developed.
·          Consumers can not see directly the condition of items to be purchased
·          Narrow your job because the e-commerce industry does not need more employees to serve the transaction.
4.       A. What do you know about the file, call and explain the File Types!
File is the set of all records related.
File Type:
·          Parent files, important files containing records that is in
needed in the company. Divided into two, namely:
Parent Static file: Rarely changes its value, for example: employee data
Dynamic Parent File: recordnya often change as a result of
transaction,
example: inventory file
·          Transaction file, used to record data obtained from a
transactions, such as sales or registrations Fike transactions taking
subjects.

·          File report, also called the output file that contains information that is
the results of data processing.
·          History files, also called srsip file containing the data of the past that have been
no longer active, but still kept.
·          A copy of the file, containing a copy of the files that are still active in the
database at a certain time.
B. How does the organization of traditional database systems to proceed!
Organizing system, the database still fragmented between database
one with the other databases, so a lot of the negative effect
caused, among other things:
·          Redundancy or duplication of data. Cause information to become less
accurate, in fact there is a difference because the data is already in
while duplicate update yet.
·          Dependence on the particular application program used to
process of each database in the wake.
·          Dependence on a particular application program that causes SI
formed to be less flexible.
·          Severability databases with each other resulting in the level of
Data security is low.
·          The use of data with very less so that the database can be less
explored / processed to generate reports manajeral
depatremental cross.
5.       Describe the three levels of data representation and explain!

1. Level sightings presentation, representation of the results of database processing
using SI in a format that is easy to understand by the user.

2. Conceptual level, exposing data files created and
relation to one another in a database environment.
3. Physical level, the lowest stage of abstraction data showing the structure
and the type of data and how the data is stored and
organized in the storage media.

Brother, we all realize?

The biggest question today is "What is our Lord God Almighty?" daily while we do something away from it.
We work not "In the name of God" but "the name of salary".
Schools seek knowledge is not "In the Name of God", but "In the Name of Degree".
Educating children is not "In the name of Allah" melaikan "In the name of Pride"
Speech, reference and discussion as a standard of life to "What does the World" has been on the minds and hearts of a lot "What does Allah SWT"
It became "The Almighty" ruled very much in our lives .... May we all keep the properties so .... Amen

Technical Information

Information ( UK : Informatics) is a discipline that studies the transformation of the fact that the data or information bearing on a machine based computing. This discipline includes several kinds of fields, including: information systems , computer science , information science , computer engineering and information applications in information systems management . In general informatics studies the structure, properties, and interaction of several systems used to collect the data, process and store the results of data processing, and display it in the form of information. Aspects of informatics broader than computer-based information systems , but still a lot of information that is not and has not been processed by a computer.
Informatics has the basic concepts, theories, and the development of separate applications. Informatics can support and are associated with cognitive and social aspects, including the effects and social consequences of information technology in general. Use of the information in a variety of fields, such as bioinformatics , medical informatics , and information that supports the science library , a few other examples from the field of informatics.
In a broader scope, informatics includes several aspects:
  • information theory that studies the mathematical concept of an information
  • information science that studies how the collection, classification, manipulation, storage access, and dissemination of information for public and community as a whole
  • computer science and computer engineering that studies the processing, archiving, and dissemination of information by using information technology and other computer-based tools.
  • information systems that learn about the techniques of developing a system to process a wide range of information.
  • information security assessment of science that studies the process of securing and protecting the existing data on the system or komputers.

Computer Networking

Understanding of computer network is a collection of computers and other devices supporting computers connected together in a unity. Media computer network can be via wires or wirelessly enabling network users are able to exchange information, such as documents and data, can also do the printing on the same printer and together using the hardware and software are connected to the network. Each computer, or devices that are connected in a network is called a node. In a computer network can have two, tens, thousands or even millions of nodes.

Computer Network is a group of autonomous computers interconnected with each other using a communication protocol through the medium of communication so that they can share information, programs - programs, use of shared hardware such as printers, hard drives, and so on. Besides computer network can be defined as a collection of a number of communication terminals located in various locations consisting of more than one interconnected computers.

Benefits gained in building computer networks, namely:
  • Sharing resources
Sharing resources intended for the entire program, equipment or other peripherals can be utilized by any person who is on a computer network without being influenced by the location and the influence of the user.
  • Media Communication
Computer networks allow communication between users, both for the teleconference and to send a message or other important information.
  • Data Integration
Computer networks can avoid reliance on a central computer, because every process data should not be done on one computer only, but can be distributed to other places. Therefore, it is then able to form an integrated data that allows users to acquire and process information at any time.
  • Development and Maintenance
The development tools are simple and cost-saving, because every purchase components such as printers, so no need to buy a computer printer there but just one piece because the printer can be used together - together. The computer network also allows users to take care of the hard drive and other equipment, for example, to provide protection against virus attacks the wearer enough to focus on the hard drive on a computer center.
  • Data Security
Computer Network Systems can provide protection against data. Since the granting and setting permissions to users, as well as technical protection against hard drive so that the data get effective protection.
  • More Resource Efficient and Current Information
With the use of shared resources - together, will get the maximum results and high quality. In addition the data or information accessed is always new, because any changes that occur can be readily immediately known by every user.

IMAGE PROCESSING

Image Processing
Image processing aims to improve the quality of the image to be easily interpreted by humans or machines. Image processing techniques to transform the image into another image. Input to this process is the image and the output is also the form of the image with the image quality better than the previous input.
Image Acquisition
Data acquisition system can be defined as a system that functions to retrieve, collect and prepare the data, to process it to produce the desired data. In the data type is still shaped analog image, the image has perpetually represented numerically by discrete values that can be processed by a digital computer. Image representation of continuous functions into discrete values is called digitization which produces digital ciitra. Digitizer or digitizing tools to perform can be either a scanner or a video camera. Digitizer consists of three basic components. First, the image sensor that works as a measure of light intensity. Second, the explorer who serves intensity measurements recorded in all parts of the image. Third, analog to digital converter that serves did penerokan and quantitation.
Filtering
An initial preprocessing filter process is used to remove the parts that are not needed (noise) on the image for further processing. Filter or filtering method is best depends on the situation and the type of noise or image degradation found in the image. Some types of filters are:
1. Linear Filter provides simplicity, speed, and very helpful in the process of noise reduction if the information tenta ng very limited frequency band.
2. Median filter is the most effective filter for removing salt and pepper noise.
3. The Wiener filter is a linear adaptive filter based on the characteristics of local variance of the image. Wiener filter smoothing the image area that changes the image of the most visible noise, but retain the area where the detail is very visible and less visible noise.
Black & White Image Conversion Image to Binary
Black and white image conversion into a binary image to identify the presence of objects represented as a region (region) in the image. In addition to identifying the presence of objects, the conversion can be done to focus on the analysis of morphological forms assuming the pixel intensities less important than its form. Once the object is separated from its background, geometrical properties and morphological / topological objects can be calculated from the binary image. In the case of pattern recognition, it is useful for decision making which belong to the classification of the image is located. Conversion of black-and-white image into a binary image is done by floating operations (thresholding).
Scaling
Scaling is the process of changing the dimensions of each character region and the thickness of the character. This process is used so that each character has the same dimensions of the region.
